Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of procedures, processes, policy, and services to be able to perform service interactions effectively and efficiently. Navigate multiple systems and databases to complete operational and administrative tasks, including financial transactions. Collaborate within a team to achieve performance targets and suggest improvements to ensure positive customer experiences. Undertake training on a full-time basis for the initial 16-week period. Travel will be required to the training rooms. Travel will be required between Customer Service Centres.
