Site Administrator — Canberra Region, Australian Capital Territory

Be a key point of contact for our site team on a high-level Commonwealth Government project in Canberra. Long-term project and future pipeline of work, enjoy stability and longevity in your role. Must be an Australian Citizen, with the ability to gain and maintain a Security Clearance. About the role: Long-term opportunity now available to join a high-performing project team in Canberra, on an iconic Commonwealth Government project. As the Site Administrator, you will be a key point of contact site operations, and will be involved in coordinating meetings, assisting with processing sub-contractor, consultant, and supplier progress claims, invoices, and payments, as well as records management and document control, data entry and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Processing subcontractor, consultant, and supplier progress claims, invoices, and payments. Assisting project team with project financial management and monthly reporting. Records management, and document control. Dairy management, and meeting coordination for project team. Data entry. Additional Ad hoc tasks as required. To be successful you will need: Due to the nature of the project, you must be an Australian Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance. Have previous experience in administration, ideally from within the construction industry (or related), with project based financial/contract administration being highly regarded. Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes and managing a high volume of invoices. Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels. Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
