The Opportunity Come and discover the opportunity to Orrcon Steel business at our Kewdale team as an Internal Sales Representative. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands. This is a 24 month fixed term opportunity in which you will support our distribution team by managing enquiries via phone and email. You will be great at multi-tasking and passionate about customer service, seeking new ways to improve the customer’s experience. You also enjoy being part of a productive and fun team - adding your enthusiasm and personality will really make this role your own. What Will You Do? In this diverse role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers. You will: interact with our customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queries create sales opportunities through proactive selling prepare and enter customer orders into our operating system support the external sales teams and branch collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, warehouse, and sales departments) ensuring customer expectations and requirements are met or exceeded More About You You don’t have to come from a steel/industry background.
