The Role As the organisation's newest Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation. Your role purpose is to support the sales team and provide customer service to a range of retail and distribution clients. Day to day activities will include: Process Local & International orders. Process orders, returns, and repairs into SAP. Provide ETA and shipping support. Follow up telephone leads. Provide exceptional customer service. Review dealer credit limits. Answer product related queries from potential and existing clients. Your Profile You have demonstrated Sales Support/Admin experience, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers. Ideally you will have experience working with ERP systems (SAP highly desirable). Key selection criteria include: Strong customer service experience Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Strong computer literacy and data entry skills Experience with SAP advantageous.
