Provide high-level administrative support to staff and students within the School of Information and Physical Sciences Full time continuing opportunity based at our Callaghan Campus 17% super, generous annual, personal, and life leave, wellbeing programs, health and fitness discounts Be challenged and imagine with us As Administrative Assistant for the School of Information and Physical Sciences (SIPS), you will provide high-level administrative support to staff and students, and assist with the operational functions of the School. In this role you will: Respond to enquiries and requests from staff and students. Provide secretarial support including organising meetings, and preparing agendas, minutes, and actions. Assist with student admissions, enrolments, session allocation, course work materials, examinations, and final results. Support with financial purchases and procedures. This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land). How will you inspire us? You will have: Proven administrative experience, including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Strong communication skills including the ability to professionally liaise with diverse stakeholders. Ability to stay organised, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and work to competing deadlines. What we offer The remuneration for this position is from $71,626 to $77,858 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
