WHAT YOU WILL GROW AND BUILD This permanent, full-time role as a Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator will be a key point of contact for customers. You'll engage with them via phone, email, or in person, swiftly addressing enquiries and resolving any issues they may have. Your role involves gathering and assessing pertinent information to effectively handle customer concerns, while also managing administrative tasks such as processing quotes, forms, and credit applications. You'll be responsible for maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions, directing unresolved issues to the appropriate channels, and generating regular reports to track performance. You will oversee internal operations including branch transfers, filing documentation, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. Communication and coordination with internal departments are vital aspects of this role, ensuring seamless collaboration and follow-up on customer interactions. Beyond these responsibilities, you'll actively contribute to new product development initiatives and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills. Adaptability is key, as you'll be expected to fulfill ad hoc duties as necessary to support the team's objectives. WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? Similar experience in a customer service role, preferably in technology, or with a strong aptitude to understand IT/technology. Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products and services. Experience with medical or telehealth technology is a plus, but not mandatory. Pleasant telephone manner is essential. Strong MS Office skills, including database management; Excel – reporting (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc). Interested?
