Administration Officer — Sydney CBD, Sydney

IMMEDIATE START, 3 month temp likely to extend Part time hours 10am-3pm, Tuesday - Friday in Sydney's CBD Initially, this role will commence as a 3 month temporary opportunity but may extend for the right person. Working in the CBD, right by Central train station, this role is working 4 days per week, Tuesday - Friday from 10am-3pm. Please note: This role is fully office based. Position Description Act as the first line contact for existing client enquiries. Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition, alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems Helping with scheduling meetings and diary management Assisting in setting up events Accurately and objectively document activities and client services to ensure the effective communication of client needs, preferences, activities and charges. Assist with invoice processing Manage team documentation and communication systems in line with legislation, industry guidelines and organisational processes Your Profile Previous experience in a similar admin role Experience using the Microsoft package Strong networking and relationship management skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines. A clear, pleasant, professional and confident manner coupled with a genuine customer service focus.
