As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical/ Process Engineer to join our team. About the role You will be responsible for producing design deliverables under the direction of senior engineering staff. Their activities will involve coordinating design efforts with other engineering disciplines and managing their required design outputs promptly. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Plan and conduct professional engineering work without direct supervision. Interpret, review, check for technical accuracy and adequacy and drive efficiencies from process/mechanical designs. Plan the design development process in accordance with company procedures ensuring design outputs are delivered on time. Assist in controlling and managing technical interfaces between consultants, engineering disciplines, and equipment suppliers and subcontractors. Develop assembly and construction methodologies and project staging within the discipline for tendering and operations. Coordinating the quality control requirements of designs for tenders and operations Your skills and experience: Tertiary Engineering Qualifications in a Mechanical / Process-related discipline Experience engineering in the processing plant industry. Design management to ISO9001 Computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of software packages Digital engineering skills, e.g. MicroStation, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
