Duties include but are not limited to: answering telephone calls, management of incoming and outgoing correspondence; including mail delivery, managing electronic calendars and email, scheduling meetings and minute taking as required, assisting Director of Nursing (DON) and Director of Medical services (DMS) to manage their email correspondence, filing and general administration support as required.
