Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers who need help understanding their options or taking action to manage their fines. Fines can be scary or confusing for some customers and this critically important role provides you with the opportunity to make a positive difference in a customer’s day. Commence training and working in our Melbourne CBD office conveniently located next to Flagstaff station and then Work from Home after successful completion of training and having reached base performance standards.
