Your new role - 3PL Warehouse Manager We seek a committed, dynamic, and seasoned 3PL Warehouse Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage all warehouse operations, ensuring Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Team Leader are always operating within the scope of their relevant Position Descriptions. Manage ABF and Biosecurity activities within the warehouse, ensuring staff and activities are compliant with all requirements Manage all activities within the warehouse environment to ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety, Dangerous Goods and Company Policy and Procedure Supporting and maintaining ongoing training and education within the warehouse Ensuring Supervisors and Team Leaders are assigning workload and daily tasks to team members within the warehouse freight team Maintaining an overall view of stock movements within the warehouse, ensuring bottlenecks are not being created on either inbound or outbound freight Monitoring team members and other warehouse attendees (including visitors) to ensure safety, security and compliance procedures are being followed Monitoring use of machinery within the warehouse to ensure all operators are appropriately licensed and trained in line with Work Safety guidelines Ensuring maintenance and repairs are performed on all machinery operating within the warehouse as required Implementing and oversight of risk management procedures to remove noncompliance on policy and procedure Adherence to KPI measurement and reporting for self and team Completion of daily / weekly / monthly reporting as outlined by Management team Oversight of billing procedures for warehouse generated workloads, ensuring appropriate records are maintained for accurate and profitable billing for all warehouse activities What you will need to succeed Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment – preferably apparel & fashion goods Experience using CargoWise or other WMS knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 3PL Warehouse MAnager Experience Proven experience supervising staff within a Customs and Biosecurity controlled facility Forklift licence with recent operational experience Strong, current working knowledge of warehouse operations and management Excellent leadership and organizational skills Proven ability to multitask and delegate Proven problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong PC proficiency and a positive attitude toward learning something new What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume, or call Thomas Hunter now at 0437 537 710.
