This role plays a critical role in managing contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing contracts: Creating and analyzing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.1. Negotiating terms: Working with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions. Managing documentation: Maintaining organized records of contracts, amendments, and other relevant documents. Monitoring deadlines: Tracking contract timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects. Resolving disputes: Addressing conflicts or discrepancies that arise during the contract lifecycle through negotiation or mediation. Ensuring compliance: Monitoring contractual obligations and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards. Supporting project teams: Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to provide contractual guidance and support throughout the construction process. Administering change orders: Processing and documenting changes to contracts, including scope adjustments, cost variations, and schedule modifications. Managing subcontractors: Overseeing the performance of subcontractors and ensuring they fulfill their contractual obligations. Reporting and analysis: Generating reports and conducting analysis to assess contract performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Role Requirements: Proven experience in contract administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on ensuring contract terms are clear, complete, and legally binding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) are a plus .
