Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI Job Title: Customer Administrator Location: Chiswick About the role BSI is thrilled to offer a permanent opportunity for a Customer Administrator to join our dynamic Customer Relations Team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for BSI customers, dedicated to maintaining and increasing revenue by selling subscriptions and standards, including British, European, and International. Additionally, you will provide essential technical support for BSI online products and address customer inquiries through effective written and verbal communication. This position is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Input customer information into internal systems to generate accounts, raise quotations and process orders and invoices, ensuring that all customer contact is recorded accurately in the CRM system. Manage the administration of BSI Memberships by being the first POC for customers. Raise credits, refunds and validate payments. Produce monthly and ad hoc reports to check and rectify any data entry inconsistencies in internal systems. Provide support across the Customer Experience department to achieve departmental goals and targets. Identify, gain agreement on and implement improvements to internal processes. Validate BSI Membership Status of customers to assist with royalty billing to external partners Process ad hoc administrative duties as required. To be successful in the role, you will have: GCSE Level or equivalent.
