You will be teamed up with an experienced Sales Director who has been a key agent in the success of the company and heading up the expansion of the Sydney office capitalising on growth opportunities. Selling City and City fringe properties (houses and apartments), you will be joining budding industry leaders with strong roots and access to industry training whilst dealing in high end property markets appraisals. Duties We are looking for a motivated, passionate, committed person who is keen to expand on existing experience or good transferrable skills with highly motivated persons Providing first-class service standards Regular communication to our buyers Lead generation and prospecting Follow ups and feedback Attending building inspections Liaising with solicitors in the lead up to settlement Assisting with inspections and open homes, including some Saturdays Administration duties, data entry and database management Assistance with property appraisals This role will offer diversity to ensure you learn all aspects of Real Estate Requirements A current NSW real estate sales certificate Car and a valid driver licence Highly presentable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organisational and administration skills A friendly and very helpful personality A loyal and hardworking nature Experience in a real estate role would be ideal but not essential Benefits One on one training and mentoring Nice, modern new office Day off in lieu Strong inter office relationships and assistance Open door policy with senior management Closely shadowing Sales Director to expedite your experience.
