About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, results-orientated Warehouse Supervisor to lead one of our warehouse teams in LEAN and safe operations at our Eastern Creek site. Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include; Relentless drive to improve customer service and quality outcomes Leadership, motivation and management of the afternoon shift team. Improving operations output in terms of process, productivity, resources, quality and customer demands Ensuring that company policies and work procedures are followed and adhered to. About You To be successful you are; A natural leader with a minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience Experienced in the aluminium or building industry (preferred not essential). A team player adept at leading a team Passionate, results-driven with a very ‘hands-on’ approach.
