Receptionist/Administration Assistant – Allied Health Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Receptionist/Administration Assistant for our vibrant Allied Health Department on a full time basis . The Latrobe Regional Health Allied Health Department includes a wide variety of disciplines, providing inpatient acute & subacute services in addition to a variety of outpatient & community services. The successful applicant will benefit from the support of a department that aims for excellence in all areas of service delivery. The Receptionist/Administration Assistant will provide front-line reception and is responsible for providing and co-ordinating the delivery of reception, data entry and administrative support for Allied Health and co-located services in an effective, efficient and person-centred manner. Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met Ability to effectively and efficiently deal with enquiries from members of the public. Strong commitment to person centred care and customer service.
