As the dispatch co-coordinator you will work alongside and mange a small team of up to 3 staff to finalise and dispatch all order for the DC. Description Your duties : Pick orders and prepare for deliveries and pick ups. Arrange and liaise freight services Prepare all documentation Manage the EAP program - they use Netsuite Manage the inventory Mange staff, performance and productivity of dispatch team complete reporting for senior management Profile Requirements: Experience in leading a small team in a warehouse dispatch role Ability to look and think beyond the task at hand Professional approach ability to follow all safety and OHS requirements for the site Most importantly - have a approachable and can do attitude Job Offer On offer is the opportunity to become a valued member of a newly formed management team.
