3 day temp assignment from 22nd-24th April based in Lane Cove for a Super Star Receptionist, parking on-site, meet & greet and manage reception. Due to many of our temps being busy over this period, we need someone to fill a temporary 3 day (22nd–24th April, 2024) reception position with an Australian owned pharmaceutical manufacturer base on-site in Lane Cove with free onsite parking and close to public transport if needed. Working 3 full days (8.30am-4.30pm) you'll help ease the load, working as a Receptionist. Your 5 star customer service and administration skills will see you become a pivotal point of contact for the business - you'll love keeping everything running smoothly What will a day in the office look like for you? You will become the 'rock' on reception and duties will include: Being the voice and face of the organisation, answering calls and providing support to customers & internal executives Sorting mail, arranging couriers and following up to ensure delivery Managing the meeting room bookings and ensuring these spaces are clean and tidy General administrative tasks and support to other team members when required to ensure the office runs smoothly (running errands and assisting with ad hoc tasks) Whilst there are tasks that will happen day in & day out, you will possess plenty of common sense and initiative to think quickly on your feet and resolve any issues that come your way.
