You will work with key stakeholders, colleagues and vendors/partners to design, develop and maintain learning solutions. You will provide best practice advice on learning solutions to raise the quality of learning and workforce capability across the group. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. What you'll do Instructional Design: Design and deliver program content to meet Motor Claim capability build needs, managing third party Learning partners where appropriate Apply creativity to learning design, to build employee capability in a way which inspires and constructively challenges them Use appropriate techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of learning delivery Project management: Develop and manage to project schedules, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, displaying the ability to assimilate information quickly and display discipline throughout Apply effective cost management principles Stakeholder Management Consult with stakeholders, learning partners and subject matter experts to create the desired learning and to ensure learning project deliverables are met Connect learning solutions to business strategy and employ a strong customer-focussed approach and co-creation of delivery What you'll bring Proven experience in Learning Design/Instructional Design Experience in learning delivery project management Employee benefits | Suncorp Group Suncorp Group is all about making a difference for people and in the communities, they call home.
