THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a passionate and professional Receptionist/ Office Coordinator who is excited by the challenge of running our busy reception and vibrant office. Experience isn’t everything (though it certainly helps), however strong organisational skills, exceptional communication and training as a barista (or a willingness to learn) are a must. You will be the first point of contact at our Sydney based HQ & be responsible for: ‘Wowing’ visitors and guests and impressing senior executives and investors with your super professional manner (Here’s where the barista skills come in to play) Ensuring that each of our office levels (5) sparkle, and office equipment runs like clockwork. Acting as the office oracle, keeping everyone updated and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Assisting with Scape office events and activities that make others green with envy. Coordinating our contractors, including cleaners, facilities and our very own Yoga Yogi for Zen Wednesdays Managing the office food and beverages to keep the hordes happy We are sure there are a bunch of other things you can and will do, we just don’t know it yet.
