Our Practice is conveniently located on the ground floor of the Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre. The role As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care Monday to Friday. Your varied responsibilities will include: Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate treatment room. Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. You Our successful candidate will ideally demonstrate: Proven experience in a reception role with administration elements. Strong communication and customer service skills. An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
