This position manages the video production and graphic design teams for the department. The key duties of the position include lead a team in delivering high quality graphic design and audio visual production services, including visual design, internal and external online events, in person events and managing all filming requirements for the department provide strategic advice on graphic design and audio visual production services across the department through strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders lead the ongoing development of a cohesive brand for the department's communication products demonstrate and champion inclusive and accessible design and presentation techniques in the team and across the department manage the incoming workload according to departmental priorities, while balancing dynamic and reactive needs. work across both communication branches and contribute to the broader management and strategic direction of the department.
