Customer Service Representative — Sydney CBD, Sydney

A growing serviced co-working office rent facility is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their Sydney Office Serve as the initial point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing professional and friendly customer service. Assist clients within the center, including guiding them to meeting rooms, preparing their new offices for occupancy, troubleshooting basic technical issues, programming phones, rearranging furniture to meet their office needs, offering beverages, and aiding with administrative tasks. Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of business center conference rooms, show offices, and common areas for the next client at all times. Ensure completion of all tasks outlined in the daily responsibility list. Capture all daily service charges on the Daily sheet and process accordingly. Manage mail delivery, phone answering, package sending, office supply ordering, meeting room preparation, and other office-related tasks to enable clients to focus on their work. Cultivate a positive image through smiling, professional greetings, clear and effective communication, and maintaining the appearance of the center. Contribute to the center's revenue by identifying opportunities and actively upselling services. Key Duties Open the center at 8:30 am, including unlocking all main doors and switching on PCs. Prepare the center by checking the calendar for MR bookings/prospect viewings, ensuring room tidiness, setting up water, glasses, and any necessary equipment. Arrange newspapers at coffee tables and clean and replenish the coffee machine, sugar, and tea bags as needed. Manage the dishwasher and handle fax machine checks, emails, shredding machine operation, and telephone calls for office and VO clients. Address tenant issues promptly, escalate important matters to the Center Manager, and complete secretarial tasks as requested. Distribute mail, accept deliveries, monitor kitchen presentation and supplies, and record MR/casual office requests. Collect credit card authorization forms from new casual clients and confirm bookings via email. Prepare and serve beverages/lunch if requested for meetings and maintain an up-to-date client list. Order stationary and kitchen supplies weekly, update tenancy and car park schedules as needed, and monitor key and card inventory. Pack and post mail, record stamps and stationery on the daily sheet, and submit a weekly pack to the center manager on Friday mornings. Email the meeting room schedule for the following business day to the center and center manager emails. Turn off all lights in meeting rooms and lock up Reception, ensuring PCs are switched off and doors are locked promptly at 5:30 PM. Attractive Salary offered based on prior experience.
