Join our Early learning Centre at Forestville, providing exceptional Administration Support to the Director. About the program We are seeking a flexible and capable Administration Assistant to work with our Childrens Services team, providing support to the Director at our Forestville Early Learning Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Working within the Children’s Services Management System (Hubworks) Assisting the Director to manage the general administration involved in running the service. Liaising with the Director and families. Invoicing, accounts and related admin tasks. Reporting on assigned tasks As well as other administrative tasks as specified in the attached Position Description About you To be considered for this role you will: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be confident with using Word, Excel, Email and Internet operations. Understanding of the NSW Start Strong Preschool Funding and Federal Government Child Care Subsidy model or be willing to learn about application of these in our service. Demonstrate knowledge of office administration procedures and records management. Possess excellent organisational skills with a great ability to multitask. Experience in this role at in a children’s services setting would be highly desirable.
