You will be responsible for delivering an unrivalled experience for our corporate customers that will build stronger relationships and optimise business outcomes. Working closely with key internal stakeholders, you will be looking at ways to improve our offering to our customers through getting involved in process improvement projects. You'll: - Manage the Order to Cash process within the Care Chemicals Business. - Manage backorders and exceptions, local stock and replenishment for Customer Accounts. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and build customer relationships via phone and email. - Work with our corporate customers daily on logistics, supply chain and other enquiries. - Use your attention to detail entering customer data in our SAP system. Ingredients for Success To be successful in this role, you'll have customer service experience and possess a combination of great communication, strong stakeholder management skills, and a drive to focus on continuous improvement. You'll: - Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle priorities. - Experience providing high levels of customer service. - Ability to identify and drive opportunities for process improvement. - Willingness to support others in the team. - SAP experience is highly desired.
