About the Role This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Global Operations team as a Customer Service Representative based in Victoria, Melbourne. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager, ANZ and works in close partnership with the commercial team, and our partners in the Global Operations team (i.e. quality and manufacturing). Key Responsibilities This role will have the following accountabilities: Process customer order entry, timely and accurately to ensure delivery requirements are being met. Ensure deliveries are invoiced timely once dispatched and work closely with external third-party warehouse providers and/or transport operators to manage any delivery service issues. Prepare shipping documents and liaise with forwarders to ensure deliveries of outgoing shipments are processed accurately and timely. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when urgent orders are required, keeping the stakeholders up to date on the status of the orders. Take ownership of customer queries and complaints and manage the feedback process. Ensure logistics operational procedures are observed and complied with. Review work processes for continual improvement opportunities. Manage the end-of-month processes in customer service and run the end-of-month reporting requirements. Assist with stock takes as required. May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required. About You The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following competencies: Customer Focus Good command of the English language Ability to work under pressure and multi-task Ability to follow through and hit deadlines Strong attention to detail Excellent communication, and the ability to interface with all levels of customers and suppliers Customer service oriented and ability to work independently Problem Solving: Ability to identify and escalate problems as appropriate. Ability to provide resolutions/ recommendations when encountering problems. Key Personal attributes Strong personality - able to build rapport with customers and provide support to internal stakeholders Clear voice over the phone Self-starter can work within a team and/or independently and make decisions within the given framework and T&L boundaries.
