This is a permanent role with some travel around various sites, 90% of which is around Melbourne, overseeing Refurb and small works. THEM: Specialist contractor delivering high quality Fit Out, Refurb and associated works. The focus is on quality of delivery and looking after customers. Placing great systems and support around you. Bring an ethos of doing things right first time, every time. YOU: An experienced construction supervisor happy on multiple on small works. Can demonstrate a track record of running multiple (smaller) sites inc. QA, WHS. Solid ability to understand scopes and budgets, manage SWMS and progress reporting. Comfortable and capable of running lives sites, including all stakeholder interaction. This could be a great job for an experienced supervisor looking to move away from high-pressure site leadership, or a Facilities Manager with long term exposure to construction work (sub $2Million) or similar.
