Medical Receptionist — Cherrybrook, Hornsby Area

We seek a highly organised and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join us at our medical centre in Cherrybrook. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting our doctors and staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations • Verify patient information accurately using Best Practice software • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and relay messages promptly and accurately • Support doctors and staff members with administration tasks • Process billing and payments in line with business requirements • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations • Update medical documentation as necessary • Resolve patient concerns effectively while providing exceptional customer service Selection Criteria: • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service is preferred • Excellent communication skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience working with Best Practice software is preferred Don't miss this opportunity - apply today
