Contract Administrator (Construction Building) — Belrose West, Warringah Area

Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a top construction firm. Experience in contract management and civil engineering needed. Currently, they are in search of an experienced Contract Administrator who has a proven track record of at least 3 years in similar roles, ideally within the construction and building sector. About You: The ideal candidate is a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives on building effective relationships and delivering outstanding results. With excellent communication skills and adept negotiation abilities, you will provide superior financial and commercial support across diverse projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit variation orders and contractual notices. Manage head contract progress claims and reports. Assist in project cost reporting and forecasting. Liaise effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and standards are met. Negotiate subcontract packages and oversee subcontract administration. Review and manage contractual claims and variations. Implement and manage contracts in accordance with AS form of contracts. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Extensive experience in the related industry. Legal entitlement to work in the country. Proficiency in project management software, with a preference for knowledge in CHEOPS. A strong commitment to mastering our client’s processes and systems.
