Join us and be part of something truly special Our clinic in Ashfield are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team on a full time basis with shifts scheduled between 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include: Patient Interaction: Greet patients and other callers professionally and courteously. Assist patients with appointment scheduling. Explain intake forms to new patients. Administrative Tasks: Manage medical records confidentially and efficiently. Handle internal emails and enquiries. Collaboration: Work autonomously and as part of a team. Communicate with referring doctors and hospital staff courteously. Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records. Confidentiality: Maintain patient personal and financial information confidentiality. Complete recalls and follow privacy protocols. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication skills. Intermediate computer skills (knowledge of medical software and Microsoft Office Suite). Desired Traits: Bubbly personality and ability to think on your feet.
