Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician to join the workshop team in Hazelmere. As an Auto Electrician at our client's facility, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of vehicles and equipment essential for their operations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in a variety of vehicles and equipment, including trucks, machinery, and light vehicles. Perform electrical installations and upgrades as required. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Requirements: Proven experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably in a workshop environment. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems in heavy vehicles and machinery. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, including wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety. Relevant trade qualification and electrical license/certification. Working Hours: 45-50 hours per week, with the option to work Saturdays. Flexible hours may be required based on operational needs. Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate of $65-70 per hour flat rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
