The Senior Instructional Designer will lead, implement, and evaluate innovative organisational development and learning solutions utilising the departments existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and contemporary project management methodologies. Description Lead the design, implementation, and development of learning resources for the Regulatory Academy, utilising contemporary project management methodologies. Provide advice on regulatory education initiatives that are practical in meeting customer and stakeholder needs, that is consistent with best practice, legislative and policy frameworks, including equity and accessibility requirements. Coordinate and prepare accurate, credible, and high-quality written information, including design and governance documents, reports, submissions, and training materials. Consult with business areas to support the seamless availability and use of online and offline learning practices and training events. Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to scope and design creative, innovative, and highly interactive online and offline learning solutions. Build strong partnerships, enhance relationships, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate learning and development offerings across a broad range of existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and in-person training opportunities. Contribute to continuous improvement including system and process design and development. Profile The ideal candidate will be able to: Demonstrate knowledge and experience in developing and/or leading programs of work that support the building of regulatory skills and/or regulatory compliance through the enhancement of capability and knowledge, such as via adult learning and/or high-quality learning and development activities. Demonstrated ability to design, establish, implement, and evaluate training and assessment programs to a high standard. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage collaborative engagements and to problem solve and build partnerships with other business units and external stakeholders. Demonstrated high level of written and oral communication skills.
