This role requires a strong understanding of SAP and its functionalities, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills. Proven and extensive System Administration skills. Highly competent in SAP administration Highly competent in Microsoft suite - Word, Excel etc. Has knowledge of practical applications of Records and Document Management practices and principles. Good stakeholder management skills and experience. Good communication and relationship building skills. Analytical skills and the capacity to develop solutions in a complex environment. Excellent attention to detail. Completed formal training in management systems - highly desirable. Your other key responsibilities include: Responsible for delivery of specific project delivery components Assist in the development & implementation of day-to-day administration systems. Procurement - engage with approved suppliers to ensure their services meet operational delivery timeframes. Ensuring all data entry & reporting time frames are monitored and achieved.
