Corporate Receptionist — Kirrawee, Sutherland Area

Steady receptionist role at a calm and welcoming office in the heart of Sutherland. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet, low responsibility role The Role: The Corporate Receptionist is the first face seen by our clients and staff when entering the Sutherland office. We are looking for someone with a welcome smile and a happy-to-help attitude. This is a calm Monday to Friday role, working 8:30am - 5:30pm, and does not require any input outside of those hours and days. It is perfect for someone looking to take a step back in their responsibilities and simply come to work, have a nice day doing their job, and go home without needing to think about work. Duties and responsibilities: Answer telephone calls and forward them to the correct person in a professional manner at all times. Take accurate messages and distribute them to staff in a timely and efficient manner Greet walk-in clients and direct their enquiry correctly Order stationery, groceries, and office supplies weekly (including monitoring stock levels throughout the week and noting requests down from staff) Daily organisation/maintenance of the reception, printer, stationary, and kitchen areas Mail management, including distributing incoming mail and delivering outgoing mail Bi-weekly sales team stock list creation/management Tagging and logging incoming and outgoing keys for sales & rental properties Ad-hoc support assistance with additional tasks when requested Occasional work at other offices to cover annual leave/sick leave when requested In order to be a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following: Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills – both verbal and written Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain tidyness of areas Attitude must be professional, friendly, and have a willingness to help others Ensure high standards of customer service both face to face and on the phone, even when dealing with a disgruntled callers Who we are Listed on REB as the 1 Sales Office in Australia in 2023, Highland truly are a trusted and leading real estate agency.
