Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain data integrity in Inventory Management Software, including updating stock movements and dispatch statuses. Monitor and verify transport charges, ensuring accuracy in job charges and invoice matching. Support warehouse administration, including generating pick lists and managing inventory. Support warehouse operations, including checking order accuracy and organizing logistics for dispatch. Forklift work QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in Warehouse and Forklift Proven experience in an administrative or operations role Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in inventory management software and CRM systems Attention to detail and problem-solving skills WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Full time permanent job opportunity.
