You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children. You’ll achieve this by: • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team • Engaging and supervising the children at all times • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement About Goodstart Dunsborough: Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Dunsborough is located in a wonderful regional setting, next to schools, shops and transportOur educators are enthusiastic about teaching and about developing effective relationships with your children. Our educators will send you updates, photos and videos while they work with your child. The program gives you a better understanding of your child's learning, you can input into the program too and it’s a great way for you to engage with us. You can also invite family members and friends who are anywhere in the world. Venture outside and we have a wonderful world of fun and natural play, with a balance of natural and manmade elements to help stoke the children's imaginations. We have lots of climbing equipment, veggie gardens, large games, sandpits, bikes, and guinea pigs. Our educators are part of our local Dunsborough community and are valued for their individuality and culture. As a team we go above and beyond to ensure your children are central to everything we do.
