The successful applicant should ideally be a passionate, motivated and committed individual with a passion for improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child, every day, through our whole school approaches, explicit teaching and instructional strategies. The successful applicant should be committed to developing positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community. They will have a thorough understanding of positive classroom management and work with students and families to teach and model expected behaviours. The successful applicant should possess a strong capacity to plan differentiated and engaging programs using an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum.
