The ideal applicant should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create high quality learning experiences in the classroom. The successful teacher should be committed to putting students first in their decision-making and provide purposeful and relevant learning experiences that cater for differentiated student learning needs as outlined in the Western Australian Curriculum. Teamwork and collaboration skills with strong organisational skills and time management will be highly regarded.
