The Position As part of a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your daily responsibilities will include: Accept and follow up on customer quotes, orders, and inquiries Process orders and enter customer information into the CRM system Log service call requests Offer guidance on basic technical service inquiries Schedule service calls and allocate technicians Build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders Perform general administrative duties The Candidate You will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes: Demonstrated customer service experience within a techical field.
