The Company Working with this well-known, brand name Australian organisation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to key clients. Based in the Blacktown area, this opportunity requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same The Position Working within a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your daily tasks will include; Manage and resolve customer enquiries Accept & follow up customer quotes, orders and enquires Process orders and record customer information into CRM Login service call requests Provide advice in relation to basic service technical enquiries Arrange service calls and allocation of technicians Develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders General administrative duties The Candidate The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes: Demonstrated customer service experience within a technical environment Experience scheduling technicians Working knowledge using large ERP / CRM High-level communication skills Ability to take ownership and follow customer enquires through to conclusion Operate with a sense of urgency Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment Benefits $33p/h plus super - immediate start Blacktown area Onsite parking, modern offices National manufacturing brand, supportive culture Busy, fast-paced role Dynamic team and supportive culture Monday to Friday, no weekend work or rotating roster To apply online please click on the appropriate link and forward your resume in WORD format.
