Responsibilities: Managing and actioning enquiries from Transport Inbox Communicating with Agencies and coordinating deliveries with Contractor Managing Driver Fatigue database Keeping up to date records Ordering and Tracking inventory of PPE Coordinating miscellaneous jobs with Contractor Filing & Archiving Processing of Invoices Ability ADHOC clerical duties Requirements: Enthusiastic Able to work under pressure. Ability to multitask. Ability to learn and mauver through various software's. Computer literate - especially Excel Problem solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
