The Retail Sales Manager provides guidance and support within the sales team, extended Sales, Marketing and Innovation Branch and other Mint business units as required. The role manages all aspects of the Mint's customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty programs. It also delivers evidence-based advice to the business to guide commercial decision-making. The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for engagement of the Mint's commercial products with our customers through direct retail and commercial interaction points. The roles primary objectives are the execution and development of customer satisfaction and success projects, including delivery of the loyalty program for increased customer engagement, retention and revenue growth. Our ideal candidate will have experience in collector markets (preferably numismatic) and managing large product release events, with an understanding of customer lifecycle needs. The successful applicant is required to work full-time and onsite. The key duties of the position include Contributing to the development of a customer centric culture. Managing the direct retail team. Driving the optimisation of the customer experience through research and analysis. Implementing and achieving data driven customer centric success metrics and feedback processes. Managing the design and execution of the Mint's loyalty programs. Planning and executing different customer journeys for each customer segments. Understanding and involvement in loyalty data analytics, reporting, insights and emerging trends.
