What’s the Role? Stelno Logisics is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team. The Transport Coordinator is responsible for providing the Customer Service aspects for transport & associated import and export functions for FCL, LCL & Airfreight shipments. We’ll trust you to: Managing all aspects of Airfreight, LCL, FCL, RORO, and/or Break-Bulk shipments. Monitor availability of cargo for both air and sea Monitor cargo, damaged/pilfered cargo, and handling of any claims arising Working closely with our 3PL to coordinate warehouse cargo transfers, container deliveries Liaise regularly with clients on delivery specifics including time, location, any special services required Establish and maintain strong client relationships with Stelno customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction You'll need to have: Proficiency in Cargowise Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills Previous Experience in a similar cartage role If this sounds like you: Apply if you think we’re a good match.
