The are seeking an experienced retail property professional to join their team and drive retail leasing strategy across a unique asset with a varied target audience. As the Retail Strategy Manager, you'll work with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth initiatives, drive tenant remixing, enhance asset value, and maximise revenue. You will be able to undertake and deliver the following: Identify retail leasing opportunities to maximise revenue growth Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and continual promotion of the brand Monitor trends and key players in the industry Lease renewals and negotiations Asset management Stakeholder management Work closely with the internal teams (marketing, operations etc) A strategic mindset with proven experience in retail leasing or business development is a must. Strong knowledge of the Perth market will be desirable as well as a strong demonstrated understanding of the leasing process and negotiations. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage your time effectively.
