Exciting Marketing Manager opportunity at a popular shopping centre in Melbourne's Inner SE Suburbs Property Network of Australia is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to take on a role overseeing the marketing of a popular retail precinct in Melbourne, working directly for a landlord. Reporting to the Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the retail marketing strategy and budget and be focused on retailer management and marketing initiatives, as well as enhancing relations with exisiting and new retailers. The ideal candidate has previous shopping centre marketing experience. This role is an ideal career development opportunity for an experienced marketing Manger looking for a 4 day week role or Assistant Marketing Manager to step up and manage this unique precinct on a 5 days per week basis. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver the marketing plan to create energy, traffic and sales at the asset Increase customer traffic, centre sales and centre awareness Generate retailer participation in centre and wider portfolio marketing campaigns and events. Manage marketing activities to meet income and expenditure targets. Compile monthly marketing report for centre. Monthly profit and loss review.
