Packline's head office based in Castlemaine VIC, with their warehouse based in Derrimut. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Sales Officer to join the team. You will be the first point of contact with the customer for phone, web, email, and general enquiries. This role will suit someone who has a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail This role can be based either in Castlemaine or Derrimut. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls, service calls, and emails, delivering informed and customer-focussed responses Coordinate with service contractors for repair tasks and ensure timely client follow-ups. Assist in aligning stock orders with customer requirements Generate and present reports from CRM platforms (HubSpot and NetSuite) to aid purchasing and sales teams in decision-making Provide coordination and assistance to the sales team on the road Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and convey it effectively to customers Independently create quotations for minor tasks, as well as pricing for sales and service repair jobs Stay updated on backorders and notify the sales team promptly of early shipment arrivals Ensure prompt communication of any order changes to the warehouse team What we're looking for: Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role Excellent customer service and communication skills Demonstrates empathy and maintains politeness while understanding customer issues Skilled in problem-solving and does not internalize complaints or negative feedback from customers Someone who is energetic, embraces challenges, and remains composed when the going gets busy Process driven, with a clear understanding of systems and a constant drive for process improvement Is an organised person who can effectively manage two-three inboxes (their personal, sales inbox, service inbox).
