See more at our website - www.atsichsbrisbane.org.au Job Description About the role The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development and execution of creative solutions that effectively communicate with key audiences and promote ATSICHS Brisbane’s projects, programs and services. They will support the Marketing and Communications team to achieve strategic and operational objectives and design and produce print and digital media that inspires, informs and captivates. In conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Manager, they will also identify and respond to the marketing and communication needs of ATSICHS Brisbane employees. Duties 1. Develop and execute creative solutions that effectively communicate with key audiences. 2. Support the Marketing and Communications team to achieve objectives in strategic and operational plans. 3. In conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Manager, identify and respond to the marketing and communication needs of ATSICHS Brisbane employees. 4. Design, manage and coordinate design assets that reflect ATSICHS Brisbane’s brand and core philosophy. 5. Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS Brisbane through use of LOGIQC quality management systems and MOBnet Pathways. 6. Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes and service provision efficiency. 7. Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff. Benefits Base salary is $93,965 per annum. 11% Super not for profit salary packaging (increases your take home pay). Desired Skills and Experience COVID-19 Requirements Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged. Essential: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Design or relevant field. Minimum five years’ experience in a similar graphic design-related role. Proven ability to generate innovative concepts to suit different audiences for a variety of print, online and digital platforms. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. Ability to work independently as the sole Graphic Designer and as part of the wider Marketing and Communications Team. Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes. Proven project management skills in managing graphic design work from inception to completion. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining high work quality. Desirable, but not mandatory: Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and artwork. Experience with video content creation and editing, including the use of software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience in illustration, animation or motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
