We currently have an opportunity for a professional Sales Coordinator to join the WA Operations Sales team based in Osborne Park. About the role: Administration support to the sales team including preparation of proposals and presentations; Sales data entry including bookings, processing of proposals and enquiries; Internal & external communications; Preparation of sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports; Coordinate and follow-up on relevant sales team activities as required; Keep up to date on industry news; Focal point for department communications - phones, incoming and outgoing mail, courier; Filing, document control and other reporting. About You: A high level of attention to detail, Demonstrated management skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload, Clear and concise communication skills, Proven ability to be a strong team player. Previous sales related experience is considered beneficial as you will be key member of this team. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Outlook The ability to provide a high level of customer service and the ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex issues. Formal qualifications in Business and Sales administration would be highly regarded.
