About the Role We is looking for a Full Time Medical Receptionist to join our busy but fun CitiScan reception team As the reception team are the first point of contact for our valued patients, we place the utmost importance on ensuring our frontline staff embody our professionalism, patient-centred work ethic and friendly culture. Reporting to the Administration Manager, your core duties will include: Providing excellent service to our patients and other stakeholders Answering phone calls and proactively maintaining the appointment calendar for our practice Ensuring that patients are offered a seamless service with correct preparation, quotes and appointment times. Billing patients, processing invoices to Medicare and OSHC and processing payments via EFTPOS. Assisting with back-office activities such as stationery orders. About You You pride yourself on providing excellent customer service and are seeking a role in a patient-focused clinical environment. You love being part of a team and understand that everyone has to work together to ensure that our patients receive the high-level of customer service and patient care that they deserve.
