Duties : Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelines Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and other mediums, providing prompt, courteous and accurate information Handle inbound calls with a high degree of professionalism and empathy Provide general advice and assistance to customers and partners regarding policy activation, policy coverage, policy administration, new and/or existing claims. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective call resolution and customer satisfaction Adhere to established call centre protocols and follow company guidelines Ensure all contact and interaction is of the highest standard (written/ verbal) Communicate clearly and appropriately to all internal and external Customers and Stakeholders What you will bring: Previous customer service experience either contact centre, retail, hospitality, or reception. All training will be provided. Professional communicator who can connect with and assist customers in sometimes difficult situations. Ability to deliver a great customer experience within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a positive can-do attitude Strong team player who supports and respects others and strives to exceed expectations Experience in the insurance or financial services industry highly regarded but not essential Strong verbal and written communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent planning and organisational skills whilst working accurately and to deadlines.
