Brand new venue opening in Darlinghurst in the coming weeks, looking for an assistant manager & floor staff with bar mixology experience a must Our client has just taken over one of Sydney's coolest pizza bars in Darlinghurst with a funky wine bar & cocktail feel, with live dj's and tunes to rock to. This young, industry leading group are big on career development for those that are keen to learn & grow. Seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead the team over a business thats open for 7 days a week, lunch & dinner with extraordinary culture & leadership skills, this is one role NOT to be missed The venue closes at 10pm daily, except Friday & Saturdays whereas your done by 12 midnight at the latest. The role: Working as part of a small team in this brand-new Darlinghurst venue, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the client’s brief to life. From service, training, systems & processes & front on in-service protocols, if you love leading busy venues & thrive on a challenge, this is one venue is for YOU they are happy to train those new to leadership, as long as you have AMAZING hustle & can-do attitude with bounds of personality. Oversee services, workflow & culture working wth the GM / owner & run the venue on his days off Manage floor staff & workflow for smooth service periods Oversee financial success of the business Problem solve as required Hustle when needed, all about the hustle Candidate profile: The successful candidate is someone that is happy to get involved in all aspects of venue management particulars The successful candidate must have lead busy high quality venues in Sydney previously Experience in high end chef hat venues with bar & mixology experience a positive addition The successful candidate is someone excited by best-in-sector pizza & italiano cusines second to none The successful candidate will be an individual that is keen to work within a cohesive team environment that supports its leadership & workers as a whole Salary & benefits: Team-building events .
